Had 3-4 problems which could be corrected with regular mowing, edging, weeding, etc This is what Chris told me, 2 months ago. Tis true, almost all issues have abated or disappeared after a period of regular landscaping by his company. (I love it) The only problem left is an area of dirt(mostly) which will probably need re-sodding. Initially it was 29x18 and had 9-11 runners. Chris told me to revisit the issue in Nov since the growing season is upon us. I've also seen them place extra fertilizer on this area. Already the area of dirt has shrank by almost half. I trust Chris' judgment!(heck ...he might have saved me $250)
