This company has terrible customer service. I will never use them again and would not recommend them. After an initial visit on a Saturday where they had to unplug our refrigerator to thaw it out, they did not follow through with scheduling an appointment for the following Monday. I left work early, but nobody ever came out. When I called they apologized and promised that someone would be out the next morning. Once again I sat home. No one showed up and no one called. They said their phones were not working properly. They put me on the schedule for the afternoon without my knowledge, even though I specifically told the lady that I spoke with the afternoon would not work because I had to take my 90 year old dad to a doctor's appointment. She was going to see what she could work out with the technician and call me right back, but didn't. At that point I decided enough was enough and found another company to come out. Not once was I offered any type of compensation for all of the trouble. I will never use this company again.
