He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Originally from New York, Dr. Fox earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed both his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Albert Einstein Hospitals in New York. He also completed an additional fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Louisville. Dr. Fox was also board certified by the American Board of Surgery and obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery.
