Built a house for us a couple years ago. Still finding issues that this hack did wrong. If you have an endless budget you may get what you want, but he will take you for every dime you have. Do yourself a favor and find someone different. He stands behind nothing, has an excuse for everything and you will be left with a round finish because this hack will cut corners to move on to the next payday. RUN the other way
