Dr. Scott was born and raised in the Seattle area where he attended college and was captain of the Seattle University tennis team.
Dr. Scott is married and has two children. He is proud to be part of a large extended family in the Seattle area full of schoolteachers, doctors, attorneys and others. He enjoys tennis, golf, skiing and quality family time.
