0 Stars if possible This so called small engine repair technician was hired in November 2018 and has still not finished the job. I paid in full for what was supposed to be a new carb but 11 months later I have a non-working mower without the part I paid to have installed. Have tried too many times to contact to get a refund and all he has done is make light of me having an autistic child and being a teacher, and that "most people would have just gone away". Sound like someone who want to hire. I hope not.
