Had to call the staff since I was too excited for my hot tub from http://www.hottubsandspasdirect.com to arrive and that I didnt actually check the receipt for the date of arrival. Good thing, the representative was able to walk me through the delivery process. Now that's it's here, all perfect for the view that I have, what else do I need to ask for? Good job for the that representative - sorry, wasnt able to get your name though.
