When the springs broke on our garage door recently we were glad that we found this company's number on the inside of the garage door. Not only was the service technician able to come out sooner than we expected (even on a Saturday) but after accessing our door he was very thorough and patient as he explained his recommendations for the replacement of not only our broken springs but the rollers as well. We felt confident in our decision to follow his advice. The door is working better than it has in a long time. In addition, John was one of the most personable, efficient and professional technicians we've ever had in our home. We would definitely call this company in the future and have already recommended the company to several family members and colleagues. Thank you!

Our spring broke on one of our garage doors. I called several different garage door repair shops and got quotes from $165 to $275. In speaking to most of these shops I just got the feeling that they were out to screw me. When I called this company they answered my questions directly and gave me a quote of $150. Making the appointment was easy and they didn't ask for a 4 hour window that I had to sit around the house waiting for them. They gave me a 2 hour window and called a half hour before they showed to tell me they were on the way. The technician fixed the spring and gave the door opening system a once over ie. lubed up the hinges. Next time I have a garage door problem, this company will be my first call.
