I had two sprinkler heads that were functioning as geysers instead of sprinkler heads. While kinda cool, that's not what we were going for. The crew scheduled an appointment to come out to my home the next day (on a Saturday) and called me 30 minutes before their arrival. I showed them what it was doing and they saw another sprinkler head that was watering the street more than the yard (I hadn't noticed that before). They replaced the two bad sprinkler heads and replaced a cap on the street waterer and turned it into a lawn sprinkler again .... and they adjusted a couple of other heads that weren't spraying properly.
They were friendly, they showed up promptly, did their work, charged very fairly, and went on their way. A perfect customer experience. I'll absolutely call them again the next time I need help with my sprinkler system.

I have used this company a few times for some minor repairs with my sprinkler system. they showed up during the scheduled window, were nothing but qualified, and capable to get the job done in a appropriate manner. The technician confirmed the entire system to make sure their repairs were thorough and complete.
To better attest to the attention of this company, I had run the sprinklers one evening recently and when I went to shut off the system, I noticed water kept running. It was almost 10 p.m. on a friday, and I didn't realize the amount of the issue until I stepped out front and noticed my front yard was a rushing river. I tried to shut off the water but to no avail.
For my third experience with this company, they made an emergency stopover at my home nearly an hour later to assist me. We were able to finally get the water shutoff and the next day, they came back out in the daylight after the water drained away to further assess the issue. There was a two foot section of pipe that had fragmented from the main line in the street to the sprinkler system. They were able to replace this unit and the faulty valve that caused this 'flood.' I am continually grateful for their outstanding service, professionalism, and follow-through! I will definitely use these guys again in the future! The joys of homeownership (older home and older sprinkler system)!

I have used this company a few times for some minor repairs with my sprinkler system. they showed up during the scheduled window, were nothing but qualified, and capable to get the job done in a appropriate manner. The technician confirmed the entire system to make sure their repairs were thorough and complete.
