recording studio, vintage recording studio, recording studios, mprofessional recording studio, analog recording studio While we do use Digital Gear at Smiley Face Records, we strive to capture a performance, not manufacture one. We will not trigger drums or auto tune vocals. Our recording methods are more organic. It is the human character and sonic imperfections that create musical style. Style is what sets different musicians and bands apart from one another. When music is dynamically flat your brain tunes it out, the same applies to the drums and rhythm that are sampled for consistency. It all becomes a dull hum in the background to your mind. If you feel the same or just want to try making music with passion, Smiley Face Records is here for you. Let's make some real music for real people.
