Eastern Shore Building & Design provides Cape Cod design and construction services in renovation/remodeling, residential, and commercial development. Eastern Shore Building and Design provides all of the services you need - from inception to design, construction, and completion of a project. We are not just designers; we are also experienced builders, and take into consideration all of the practical aspects of building development and renovation. We are well-established on Cape Cod and as such, your satisfaction and our reputation are paramount to us. At initial consultations, to understand and form project requirements, we review your vision for the project outcome. We then conceptualize these into a working model by addressing functional space requirements, lifestyle, location and local zoning, site positioning, environmental concerns, timeline, and budget. Following the conceptualization, Eastern Shore Building and Design develops drawings for your review and approval. We refine as needed through subsequent collaborative reviews with you until we develop the final construction drawings for the project. Eastern Shore Building and Design takes care of all of the site preparation, obtaining permits, inspections, construction, and development. Throughout, we ensure that your needs are taken care of. You just have to sit back and watch your vision unfold. With 30+ years of residential and commercial construction experience, you can trust your investment with Eastern Shore Building and Design.
