5 Stars! We put the Five Star Team in a sticky situation and like they market themselves, they shined. Our Property was originally in Probate that needed court approval and John helped guide us so we had full control of our families property. It really helped that he had expertise in the area of probate real estate and he negotiated with all parties involved in an expert fashion. The team has extensive knowledge of Sherman Oaks, and were very responsive to all the parties involved in our home's sale. 5 Stars for 5 Star Real Estate Brokers!!!

John was very knowledgeable and helpful during our transaction. His demeanor was steady even when things got tough. Over-all everything went very smoothly and the Five Star Real Estate Brokers did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I can't thank them enough. It was only one week after the Five Star team put my place up for sale and there was over 10 offers! John and Olivia really took the time to go over the offers and explain the whole process. Their expertise and knowledge really gave me confidence during the sale. They were very responsive to all my questions and really easy to get along with and work with. It was a stressful time in my life and they really helped the sale get done smoothly and efficiently.

The five star team was on top of everything. They conducted several open houses to maximize the price we ultimately received on the house. They kept us informed throughout the process and things went very smoothly. Both of us highly recommend this great team of Realtors.

I sold our property with The Five Star guys and they were true professionals. John gave us guidance on the local area and some very helpful advice regarding some minor repairs that got us great bang for the buck. We listed as soon as the repairs were done and John was pretty much on the money and demonstrated great expertise during the process. The team was always responsive to my calls, and they negotiated top dollar for the place. They all did a great job. And I was very pleased with the outcome.
