I wasn't even aware of this company until the other day, when my garage door cable snapped. I wasn't sure who to call, and asked a neighbor who provided me with their number, letting me know he used the service before and they did a good job. I was glad to have found an option, and wasted no time in calling Express Garage Door Repair Thornton. My first impression when I called was how friendly and professionally they answered the phone in one ring! They were more than happy to assist me and I set an appointment with then for the afternoon, as I had an appointment that I couldn't reschedule. This was fine with them, and they even called before showing up to make sure I had made it back.
They came with several cables to make sure they had an accurate one for my particular door, which was a relief to know they wouldn't have to leave and come back, and just basically waste more time. They were able to repair the door quickly, and the price was very reasonable.
