I have a B.A. from the University of Delaware and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, by the State of Delaware Board of Massage and Bodywork. I am a me I have been in the field of natural health for the past 17 years, making herbal soaps, lotions, and bath and body products. I have always had an interest in the healing arts and when the opportunity arose to go to school for Massage Therapy, well, it seemed a natural fit. I have a B.A. from the University of Delaware and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, by the State of Delaware Board of Massage and Bodywork. I am a member of ATMA. My strength and passion is massage for the athlete. Whether you play a specific sport, run, weight train or just lead an active life, it is important for you to take care of your muscles so you can stay at peak performance. My sports massage can relieve inflammation, work out adhesions (knots), help the muscles relax and repair themselves, remove toxins from your system, and make you feel great. So come in, get on the table and I'll do the rest. A good massage can be like hitting the re-start button. Let go of your tension and problems. Leave feeling renewed and ready to go again.
