MOTIV8 is a highly adaptable and ever evolving outdoor fitness bootcamp that consists of dynamic, efficient, and functional workouts.

MOTIV8 classes consist of cross training and cardio exercises for all fitness levels (men and women) including functional resistance training, bosu training, kettlebell training, battle rope exercises and most importantly, core and stability training. Your goals are my goals and we will make them happen whether it be to reduce body fat, gain lean muscle, increase flexibility, boost your metabolism, strengthen core, increase endurance, lose inches or just be in all around great shape.
