I am from out of state and I just moved into my new house. I did not realize until one mid afternoon day with the blinds in my home open exactly how unevenly dirty was my carpet. The first thing I had done was look for local carpet cleaners on the new with good reviews. I landed on these guys. So accommodating in assisting me in getting an apt. that had actually git within my crazy and always moving schedule. I was also emailed a detailed invoice on what to expect as well; what a nice touch. I had my appointment earlier today, the tech came out and even shot me a call before arrival to let me know when I should be expecting him. Four rooms of carpet were cleaned in my household, which must I say looks pretty darn awesome. The man was also very detail oriented and now my house smells extra fresh and is just so clean! it's awesome!

I rarely leave reviews here on this site, but I was just so compelled to go ahead and leave one. I was skeptical at first of the reviews but these guys proved me wrong. They are currently cleaning our carpets now and all I have to say is that the technicians here are all friendly, attentive, courteous, meticulous and extremely careful. I have a pet pup and we all know exactly what that means and I could just tell that these guys were really paying close attention to those areas. The last person whom I had hired was not as meticulous and after a couple days all the stains ended up coming back. Will definitely be calling them again. Thanks for being patient with my doggy by the way!
