On 9 Dec we had some workout equipment delivered by your company to our home. The two delivery guys were over two hours late and did not put the equipment in the room of choice in which we paid for. In fact they stated the box was too big and they couldn’t unpack the box to get the contents in the room of choice so they just left the box in my garage. After calling and e-mailing the company two guys (Mr. Donnell Hogan and Mr. Terry Echols) showed up on 11 Dec to fix the problem. Both apologized for the misunderstanding of their coworkers two days before and were very professional in quickly fixing the problem by putting the equipment in the correct room as was paid for. Mr. Donnell Hogan and Mr. Terry Echols were very professional taking great care not to damage floors or walls in moving the heavy equipment. If you send me an address I would like to provide a tip for each Mr. Donnell Hogan and Mr. Terry Echols for their professionalism. They were both role models for what employee should be and you are lucky to have them on your team. I spoke with front office dispatch or warehouse admin. The lady I spoke with has a short fuse. I called with urgency in my voice due to Infinity contacting me on August 28 notifying me that hey have received my product and someone would be reaching out to me "shortly" to schedule a delivery. I am located on the Eastern Shore of VA. Infinity only delivers this far out once a week. There was no communication from Infinity to me in almost 2 weeks. I called to see what the status was on my product and the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and threating in saying she would hang the phone up on me. Full disclosure. I was upset but not that upset. The lady immediately hung the phone up on me directly after her first threat. Customer service from this company is subpar and I would urge you to look elsewhere for good customer service and timely delivery.
