I admit, my washer was a pain. Being mechanically inclined myself and having some electronics repair experience and old washer/dryer repair experience, I thought myself that his first choice for the problem was most probable, however it was not the fix. I was not charged for the part. More digging and troubleshooting went on and he got to the root of it. I have a crazy schedule and he worked his butt off to accommodate it, not to mention working in my ridiculously small washroom without going though the immense trouble of unhooking everything and taking doors off of hinges and moving a freezer and my dryer to fix it. He does excellent work and a decent price. He works with you and is clean about his work and polite. Between the holiday shipping delays and my schedule, it took a bit longer than normal, but I understand that and I recommend this company 100%! Hopefully I never need him again, but if I do, I won't use anyone else in the river valley area!
