I was pretty upset that they were taking so long to find me a tenant. However, when i spoke to their customer service about my account, they assured me they must go thru a bunch of hoops of qualifying people, before they schedule a viewing. I had 4 appointments before this one couple submitted their app to my landlord. And then, my landlord took another week to qualify them, lol, because they were waiting on the Background checks to come thru confirmed.
So, the whole process dragged on for about 3 weeks. Take over lease was quite alright, they were responsive, even on weekends, which kinda surprised me. Because, my landlord's real estate agent was a pain to get thru to, when i needed him most.

New York is the worst place to lease out your unit and i tried for more than 1 month and nothing worked...My coworker said he used Takeoverlease.us 3 months ago and they found him a tenant rather quickly. I gave it a chance and they turned out to be a lifesaver for me!!! And so cheap!!!
Just to compare, one Realtor in New York wanted to charge me like $3000 bucks for this job, where Takeoverlease.us only charged me $579. Good deal - won't complain:)
