I saw an apartment listing on CL by one of the agents, Frances Owen. The listing said to text or call her. After a week of no response I decided to call her when I saw she had updated the listing. She hung up on me after being extremely rude on the phone and told me to go live on a "farm" because of the kind of pet I have (it is a teacup pig which is the size of a cat, fully grown. I have been living in other apartments for the past 2 years without a problem).
I called her back because she didn't even ask the owners of the apartment if it was ok (she told me at the beginning of the phone call that she doesn't know if pets are allowed). She then threatened to call the police on me and report me for harassment.
I want to add that this listing has been on CL for about a month, and it is obvious why it hasn't been rented out yet- because this agent has no clue how to do her job.
Clearly she doesn't know how to represent the company she works for. I would not recommend this group to anyone after my experience.

He is a Liar, he likes to talk a lot about how good he is, instead of just listening. He likes to make a lot of promises he never keeps the one that are important to you or may cost him money. The only one he keeps is that he is on time. He likes to say he is not like other real estate agent who cares do your job. Why are all real estate agent the same they over promise and under achieve. I know him for years and never did business with and when I do I do all the work and he makes promises for me to do all the work $. I found the houses & set up showing and he did nothing he promised in the end. I wouldn't use him ever again to buy or sell a home even a dog house.
