We hired Philip to build a 5'x8' patio fence, and he did (gave us a quote, we like him, he came out and did it) there was a small issue that was our fault, we paid him additional to fix, but we realized the gate wasn't closing right / dragging and hard to close. He made light of it and left pretty much saying he could always come back (and told us how we were too far west - apparently it was too inconvenient) Well, it got worse, we tried to contact him several times, even heard back from him once or twice, and he said "he didn't owe us anything", and finally after over a month - giving him more than the benefit of the doubt to do the "right thing", we never heard from him, so we recently hired someone to fix the gate. Very dissapointed. Total spent with Phillip West was just over $700 and the job was unfinished. Wish we knew how to bring this to his attention in a more obviousl way and to warn others.
