Yoga Club teaches all-level Power Vinyasa, a lineage of yoga that brings together breath and movement to empower you both on and off your yoga mat. We believe yoga is for everyone; every body type, gender, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs, sexual orientation, or level of fitness. This powerful method of achieving balance and wellness physically, mentally and/or spiritually should not be denied to anyone ... especially you! Yoga Club teaches all-level Power Vinyasa, a lineage of yoga that brings together breath and movement to empower you both on and off your yoga mat. We do this with a focus on an enjoyment of the practice rather than a fixation on perfect poses. We don't teach to the perfect pose.
