Started in 2011 with the sole mission to spread the wonders and benefits of practicing yoga daily. We strive on help you "get it" not only in class but in life. Our intention is to show you the tools (breath control) to empower your self to overcome obstacles (postures) while balancing mentally and spiritually. We start with relaxation and 10 minutes of deep breathing. We then practice poses in increasing effort sequence for 40 min. Followed by a brief relaxing meditation.
