ContraXsolutions Inc. provides contract, procurement, proposal development support to prime contractors in the federal government acquisition space ContraXsolutions will manage and coordinate all business activities involved in the administration of all contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in accordance with Federal Regulations, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), company policies and procedures, and appropriate standard business practices. We will manage and assist in the administration of a variety of contracts to include Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements. Our services will perform the following: 1. contract/subcontract review, negotiations and interface with your customers and vendors on your behalf. 2. assist with cost proposal preparation and submission to your customers as well as ensure compliance with all Solicitation requirements. 3. review all contract/subcontract modifications and proposals for completeness, compliance and accuracy. 4. monitor performance, funding and payments on assigned contracts. 5. notify management of potential non-compliance and other problems that could have an adverse impact to the company. 6. ensure compliance with all US Government and commercial contract reporting requirements. 7. participate in customer business management reviews, focusing on contractual and financial issues. 8. work with legal counsel to advise management on contractual rights and obligations. 9. develop process and execute Smal
