ContraXsolutions will manage and coordinate all business activities involved in the administration of all contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in accordance with Federal Regulations, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), company policies and procedures, and appropriate standard business practices. We will manage and assist in the administration of a variety of contracts to include Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
