I used Catering By Phillip for a small dinner party and it was beyond expectations for sure. It was a small party of 12 people, and I wanted a fine dining meal but also one that would allow for one member of the party with a special diet, PKU, to be a part of the meal. Chef Phillip sat down and planned the meal with me, asking me what I would like (fresh wild caught grouper in herbed panko was on the menu, along with fresh spinach, an assortment of mushrooms, and mango butter sauce over shredded pasta-like squash. The squash, mushrooms, and spinach were perfect for my guest with her special diet. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and Chef Phillip was very neat, courteous, and easy to work with. I love that he spoke with me prior to the party and planned a meal just right for me.

Phillip of Catering by Phillip recently did a small party for me. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Phillip is excellent to work with, professional and friendly, and willing to do exactly what the customer wants. His suggestions for my meal were on target and enhanced my vision for it. Food was perfectly prepared and my guests and I enjoyed everything immensely.
