Working in some of the top culinary venues in the area, my career as an Executive Chef/Corporate Chef has prepared me well for operating a catering business specializing in both important large scale events as well as small parties and gatherings. Weddings, birthdays, bridal/baby showers, religious celebrations, breakfast/lunch/dinner parties,holiday meals, Wine & Cheese presentations, sandwich or cheese trays, and corporate/group events will be given individualized, spectacular service, Buffet, Full Service or Family Style, from start to finish.
