Needing help in another country is always daunting - Justin and his staff have been spectacular!! At every step they kept me updated and in the loop as to what the client was saying and how they are managing the situation.
In under 2 months, they had received all the funds due and paid over the funds to our company in South Africa! Even after confusion on our part with swift code delays.

I finally a a last ditch effort Googled a collection company and came up with Accounts Receivable. Mekhael contacted me and asked me for proof. The rest was history. They collected the balance in full and saved me a ton of time. I won't wait so long next time and will gladly just turn these accounts over. As a business owner I don't have time to deal in collections so this was a huge time saver for me!
