In 2012, Davy received his Culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of Savannah. After graduating with honors, Davy also became Certified through the American Culinary Federation. In December 2012, Davy also became a Certified ServSafe Instructor. In 2013, Davy received his Baking and Pastry Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of Savannah again graduating with honors. As a Certified ServSafe Instructor, Davy personally oversees each order at Coastal Confections to ensure all safety, sanitation and health regulations are followed to the letter.
