I just bought my house and needed the locks changed and a deadbolt added. I also wanted all the locks (lock on a sliding door included) on the same key. I spoke with the locksmiths and after a few minutes of attempting to describe the locks we decided that sending him pictures would be the best way for him to make an accurate estimate. In less than 12 hours the locksmith emailed back an estimate with a detailed explanation of the possible fluctuations ( +/- 10% max) in price due to complexity of the existing locks. He quoted a great price that was 15% percent lower than my previous dealings and the locksmith also works on the premise that advice and information comes with the service. He is very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. Fantastic service, a pleasure to work with, will call him again and recommend to friends
