first the good news. streaming tv and vids work great. now the bad news. mercury has way too small of a trunk line making web page access difficult to impossible. mercury techs will tell customers it is the customer's computer or router's fault frustrating customers to no end. bottom line only those who are computer literate enough to negotiate mercury's hoops should use mercury until the company upgrades their line or rents line from Amazon or other cloud services. Homeowners should be prepared to tar over the installers staples.
