This company and Al Jenkins are the farthest thing from a legitimate pest control company. He builds decent websites...I have found 3 so far... that lure you in and then he screws you with his completely ineffective service. He has no uniform, professional vehicle or equipment. He takes the labels off cans of Raid. I paid him to solve a Honey Bee issue at my house. He showed up in his Chevy Beretta with a woman who sat in the car for over an hour. No equipment, ladders, bee protection....nothing but a good story and con mans smile. His businesses are not registered with the State and I would be highly surprised if he was insured at all. He guarantees his service but skips follow up appointments with no calls and won't return calls or emails. If you use this guy....you are wasting your money. Al, you think I have forgotten...clearly I have not. I will find every site you register on and tell everyone what a crook you are, you had your chance to make this right and chose not to. I hope my $130 is worth my dogged determination to warn anyone and everyone about you. I will find a way to make you pay the price for giving all small business people a bad name. I think now I will dedicate my time to researching which State Agency regulates exterminators and report you. Clearly your complaints at the BBB go unanswered by you. By far the best experience with a pest control company my family has dealt with. They were educating me on our insect issue and they were able to work around my schedule. No only did they fix my problem but the technician also solved the problem on the mice that tearing into the dog food each night. Honestly I don't see myself calling any other pest control company.
