Worst experience with this contractor - completely unreliable, doesn't meet project schedules, and doesn't back up his work by sticking to his 5-year warranty. After numerous calls trying to nail down a date he would be out to do a roof repair, he finally says just 'sue me'.
DO NOT hire Royal Construction or Stan Projansky (he has worked under several different company names, so be on the lookout).

I hired this company from Home Advisors in May 2016, I checked out the reviews and all looked good, but I realized the reviews were OLD and not current after the fact and I did not check out MANTA.
Warning, make sure that the reviews are current. total cost charge for a lousy job was $4000 and 4 months later I'm still having issues with this company
I finally received one picture on the chimney and OMG, it looked like a volcano exploded!! The picture is posted on YELP; check it out and you can be the judge if it was done by professionals!
I texted the pic to the owner on Sunday and on Monday while I was on the phone with the HOME ADVISOR customer support rep. filing a complaint,
the owner texted me "you want to look for problem I will put lein on your mother's home & you can tell a judge your problem" What a guy, my mother is on a fixed income and is up in age and this rude man decides to threaten to put a lien on her house instead of fixing the MESS his workers did on the chimney. Please do your research!!!!! I so agree with the other negative review on this company. I hope that others who have had bad experiences with this company would post it on the media to warn others.
