Youth Fitness Council provides Youth and Family fitness education through www.youthfitnesscouncil.com and personal training facility in New Hartford, Youth Fitness Council supports active lifestyles where the individual is self-responsible in terms of the utilization of resources. We believe that a structured exercise program is vital to sustained health for each of us, yet, a physically active lifestyle is just as important. An example of this would be involving yourself in your children's events: volunteer as a coaches assistant at practices, grown some of your own food in a home garden, do your own landscape maintenance, walk the dog, enjoy leisure activities with friends which require getting outdoors and working up a sweat such as: jogging, cross-country skiing, hiking, play with the kids if for only a few minute after work (no matter how tired). These are the things we have integrated into our own lives and promote to our clients daily.
