I am an elderly woman of 78 years, I was dealing with LC/et al. I saw a piece of land I liked. I asked alex yudin and the owner rudi geo oryan if I could live there in my trailer. They said yes. And they sent me a text saying the same thing. They badgered and called me to give them a $500 deposit so nobody else would steal the land from me. I gave them $500 and then my son called the county and he was told trailer living is prohibited on that site and land. lC et al refused to refund my money. I am too old to go to court and stand there all day. That was my last $500 and I can barely afford to buy food and my son won't talk to me now.
