Attention Potential Home Buyers! Thorough Home Inspection Service is very scammy! We had our home inspection done by them. First of all, the whole inspection took only one hour instead of 3-4 hours. They missed a lot of things and we pointed them at the problems my husband and I found while we were in the house. At the end, when we moved in in the house we found a LOT of MAJOR issues we needed to repair! We are minus 5K right now and we could avoid it if the home inspector did a good job. Their website states the following: "Our Free RecallChek and 90Day Warranty give homeowners needed peace of mind.100% Satisfaction Guarantee" When we moved in in the house we found out the the whole house was burned and repaired. We learned that the attic was in major fire. So we kindly asked Tab, the owner of Thorough Home Inspection Service to do a recall check just for the attic to make sure that there is no burned wood. He told my husband that he will do so only if we will pay him extra $150! (it is extra to $360 we already paid). I sent Tab a couple of emails and asked him why he wants to charge us when his website states that they do free recall checks so the customers can have "peace of mind". Guess what? He simply disappeared, he doesn't respond to our email or phone calls! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they seem unprofessional and just want to make a big buck without putting any efforts. They do not honor the information on their website!
