This is a very unethical company! My mother paid them cash to plow the driveway of a family friend who is going through chemo and they never plowed! We have left voicemails, requested a refund and all contact has stopped. Do not use this company! PS - they are not even licensed in the city of Kentwood MI to do snow plow removal.
