Tom Ward Plumbing came highly recommended to us, by someone we trust. Now we understand why! Tom and his crew came out to my house to fix a broken bath tub (after trying to fix it myself, but ended up having to shut off the water to my home). Tom Ward Plumbing arrived when they said they would, were extremely knowledgeable and seem to care a lot about their customers. A high degree of care was taken in fixing the problem, and they also educated me a little bit along the way. The business is family-owned, with father and son working alongside other employees – that goes a long way in my book! Once the job was completed, I had Tom quote me a price for a couple of other projects we have on our radar – thankfully nothing as urgent as the tub! Tom Ward Plumbing also prices out their jobs fairly. It’s obvious to me that while they are in business to make money, they are not interested in gauging customers.
