BEWARE!!!! GOOGLE reviews are not correct, this company (US EXPRESS RELOCATION) deserves to be sued and should be stopped from running!! They are SCAMMERS!! USE CUSS WORDS!! TRAUMATIZE YOU!! I am amazed this SCAMMING BUSINESS is still running (SCAMMERS: BEN (Owner), JOHN, ANTONY, MERRIT). Please read reviews on Facebook, Yelp, movingfeedback and other portals and DO NOT IGNORE the BAD reviews they are TRUE!! I wish I had done the same before dealing with this nightmare! DELAYED DELIVERY, NEVER RESPOND AFTER THE PAYMENT IS MADE, HANG UP ON YOU, INCREASE PAYMENT AFTER SIGNING THE DOCUMENT. I have filed a complaint against these frauds on FTC (Federal Trade Commission) https://www.ftc.gov/ and would request everyone to do the same. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND PATIENCE AND RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I was given a quote of $1075 for my move. When the team got there (6 hours later than Ben the owner said they would be there) they began packing my stuff and told me I would owe an additional $300 because my stuff required another 100cf. I told them that there was no more in my shipment than what I identified and to John. They acknowledged that I did not have more than what was on the inventory list and that it was because my furniture was "bulky". In attempting to negotiate with me one of the employees said he was just trying to accommodate me and make money at the same time. I told him that I find it awfully strange that John originally quoted me $1300 and I turned it down immediately as I had 2 other options that were less. John then says to me that he wanted to get his guys work and he would work with me. He sent me a binding quote of $1075. Now I understand it is just a quote but I find it strange that when the men loaded my stuff it somehow jumped to the original price I rejected. John took my credit card and charged a $300 deposit and told me I would owe $385 when they picked it up and then the remaining $385 when they dropped it off to me. When the gentleman went to take the $385 payment that was due they then told me there would be a 5% charge because I was using a credit card. I told them AT NO TIME DID JOHN TELL ME THAT. He indicated that I could pay with Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash. AT NO POINT DID HE SAY THERE WAS A 5% charge for a Credit or Debit Card. John acknowledged that he did not mention that but told me that it was on the document that I electronically signed. Now I went through my emails and I did not have a copy of that agreement. All that I had was the binding quote that DID NOT notate that 5% anywhere. I then asked John why I wasn't charged the 5% on the deposit and he said to me that the 5% isn't charged on the deposit. Which made no sense to me because it was literally the same credit card they were going to charge the $385 on. I was then told, by the Employee packing my things, that my delivery would be today, Monday April 27th by 9AM. They mentioned they were going to Ocala and would deliver my things first. Fast forward to today AND NOTHING. NO DELIVERY AT 9AM nor was I notified that it would not come today. I got a call at 9:11AM from the Employee that told me it would be delivered today at 9AM and he asked for someone named Jennifer......MY NAME IS NOT JENNIFER. I then get an email from the Owner Ben asking for me to sign something saying that I owe $624 dollars. I told Ben my Balance was not $624 but $589.75 to which he responded the $34.25 was the 5% for the credit card use. I told him I was not using my credit or debit card for the final payment. He stopped responding. I called the office and was told that the 5% was for the credit card use. I then explained that 5% of $385 was $19 which I would be willing to pay to which the rep responded the $34.25 was for the $685 I had paid already. I told her JOHN, THE OTHER OWNER, SPECIFICALLY SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON'T CHARGE THE 5% ON THE DEPOSIT. She tried to say it was in the document I e-signed. I said well he took my payment before I e-signed anything and VERBALLY TOLD ME THE CHARGE WOULD NOT APPLY. I still have not been contacted about my shipment. She told me the person who said I would get it today didn't have the authority to tell me that because he does not schedule deliveries. To make things worse I SPECIFICALLY told them that each employee HAD to wear a mask as both my son and I have compromised immune systems and they showed up with NO PPE WHATSOEVER. Now they are holding my things hostage. I have begun the process of filing a formal complaint and will have my lawyer contact them to begin filing a formal lawsuit if this is not resolved within 24 hours.

US express relocation not only charges low but they provide great services. My primary reason for hiring them was their quote. I’m happy to report that they didn’t cross that estimate in the final bill. I have heard stories about inefficient movers but the movers were nothing like them. They were prompt, skilled and always ready to help. They really outperformed my expectations. They were done with all the packing and loading in just 3 hours. The quality of their work is top notch. The delivery was made on time with all my belongings unharmed. I am totally satisfied with their services.

I used this company February 2015, to relocate to Houston Texas. I had the worst experience the moment Ben the owner showed up. No cover on feet or floor, mud on my basement floor when I bought it to his attention he screamed at me and told me he is gonna take my stuff off his truck, I agreed and he yelled and scream I was so afraid I called the police. When he took off my things some of my stuff was damaged and he took keep 700.00 for nothing. Most professional companies requires no Deposit. You pay when they deliver. Pleas do use ,you will regret. By the way his price was over double than the Quote. This is a true experience. They probably will take it down. I am a Real x customer. Please beware fast talker.

I was unsure about moving for my new job. But they made everything seems easy as possible. On the moving day the movers came on time and everything was taken care of greatly. Everyone in this company is extremely experienced and friendly. They know how handle tricky move. They saved my time because they did everything very quickly. It's good to know that there are still good people out there that truly care!

My boss told me that I moving in 3 days and I panicked thinking how was I going to move all the stuffs I have hoarded over the years. US express relocation helped me with the move and everything went smoothly. I knew about their amazing reputation and so I just had to hire them. When I called them, they gave me an amazing quote. The movers were so efficient and really took good care of my stuffs while packing and carrying them to the vans. Everything was done without me having to interfere. I received the delivery right on the schedules date. Everything traveled well without even a scratch mark on them.

I just hate to move like many others but last week I had to move to a new house with my wife and pet for all good reasons. As I am a very lazy person, so I decided to hire professionals for the move and as the process I hired US express relocation. But they were not known to me. Actually my uncle recommended their name to me and gave me their number. So, I called them and discussed the issue with the sales rep Joe. He was very smart to figure out my exact needs and then he offered me a deal; which was well within my budget. However, I was hoping to have good service but they ensured me the best service. Movers are very punctual. They came 9am sharp and completed the move about half an hour before the allotted time. They had the complete control over the situation. Though there were several obstacles but movers did use their experience and skills to overcome the odds. After checking the inventory, I felt really good. It was a treat to watch all my belongings in great condition after the move. I am very happy with the way things have gone. I recommend US express relocation.

I was ready to pay any amount just to get a stress free and smooth move because last time when I moved, I had a horrible experience. Those so called movers actually made my life a living hell. They did every possible mistake and they did not even said sorry to me!! So, this time I was very choosy picking the right movers. I searched the net and short listed 4 moving companies based on their reviews. Called all 4 of them and after talking to the sales rep Joe of US express relocation, I decided to hire them. My hard work finally paid off. Movers were simply superb. They managed the move like real professionals. They were very energetic, efficient, accurate, fast and punctual. They were able to complete the move perfectly within the allotted time and budget. I am very happy with their performance and I am happily recommending them.

Just used Ken and the crew to move from GA to VT! When I started planning I thought it would take 5-6 hours for them to pack. They did it in under four hours and made sure everything was wrapped nice and safely (important to me because I like my furniture the way it is). They got me moved in to the new place, put everything where I wanted it and it was effortless. I liked them so much! All in all, I found Ken to be a straight shooter, helpful, and his guys were good honest hard working people. I would definitely use US express relocation again.

I moved my office from its older location at GA to the new location at NY and I was so worried, as I knew from my previous experience that moving a business location is probably among the hardest thing you can do. But I am glad that this time I chose US express relocation and their service was unbeatable. Booking was easy as well as the whole process which went perfectly normal, they packed everything very securely and didn’t rush. The loading was smooth and reached the new location and unloaded everything within the schedule time. Everything went according to the plan and felt no hassle to start my new office. I would recommend them for your house or business move.
