Horrible service. We used Juan for tiling our bathrooms. We asked him to level the floor under the smaller bathroom before he put the tile in. He raised the price for the shape of our tile and for the floor leveling. Once the tile was in, he had not leveled it. We asked him to fix it, and he raised the price again. Then he changed his mind and told us that he wasn't going to fix it because no one would notice. We asked him to stop and leave and he refused, instead putting grout around tile that he had installed incorrectly, making it harder for us to get it out the next day. His website says he guarantees his work, but he ignores installation requests, raises prices, and makes hot-headed decisions that leave the homeowner with a bigger mess. He also requires you to pay in cash.
