General Counseling for victims of domestic abuse, or other criminal offenses, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more I am a professional Counselor just living this crazy life and helping others live theirs with courage and in healthy ways. Specializing in trauma recovery, victims of sexual and domestic violence, relationship issues, Christian counseling, and many issues that people need help dealing with in this thing we call life. I have 3 grown children. Before and while in college, I volunteered in Christian youth groups and a domestic violence shelter, as well as, worked as the office manager of a counseling agency . I work under the supervision of a 25 year veteran LPC and we share an office in downtown Mexico, MO. My counseling style is casual. I work with a variety of clients with a variety of problems. I move at the client's pace. I don't push clients to work through troublesome issues faster than the client feels comfortable, yet I encourage my clients so as not to become stalled in their personal growth.
