The owner, Charles Harper, is a criminal at best. This guy was an absolute nightmare to work with. We hired him to move one house off of an existing lot and to move another back in . Like many of the other reviews on Yelp he will tell you he's going to get it done then doesn't show up, quits answering phone calls, and just blatantly lies about everything. The original plan was to be done in about a month. That turned into 5 months and he never completed either job. When he moved the one house off the lot and set it up he blocked it 6" higher on one end than the other and did not think he did anything wrong. In the end we had to pay someone else to level that. Moving in the second house was an even bigger nightmare. This guy and his drunken crew has absolutely no clue what they're doing. He set it offset from one end to the other about 2", unlevel and then later I found out they broke multiple blocks and wouldn't replace them. He also used nails to secure the siding during transport completely destroying the plastic siding. When they put the ridgecap back on they didn't center which i found out later when the roof started leaking because it wasn't covering the original holes. I unfortunately did not read reviews before hiring him as he was recommended by someone who used him 8 years before. I had to find out the hard way that ended up costing me thousands more from having to hire other people to complete the job right and to repair the damage this guy does. Because he was sued he had to change his name and now I believe goes by C & L transport out of Worden Montana. Also the only positive reviews he has across all platforms is those he or his employees have written. He's a smooth talker and is probably less expensive than others but you will definitely pay more in the end.
