We are a Medford, New Jersey personal training center owned by former NFL player Tra Thomas.
At 7 Deuce Sports, we have many fitness programs that are designed for those that are between eight years old and in the eighth grade, adults that are ages sixteen and up, and we even have fitness programs that are designed for high school, college, and professional athletes.
