We believe in creating solutions that make sense and meeting our clients’ needs. The greatest solution in the world is rendered useless if it cannot be funded. Our design philosophy begins with the understanding the who, what, where, when and why of the end product. Who is going to be using the product? What is the proper use of the product? Where will the product be used? When will the product need to be in service and for how long? Why is the product needed? Answering each of these questions allows us to better create a unique design that works with its surroundings, will satisfy the needs of today and tomorrow, meets the expectations of the community and is founded in sound engineering and planning practice. We are members of the American Planning Association, the International and Texas Institutes of Transportation Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National and Texas Societies of Professional Engineers and the International Municipal Signal Association.
