Really good place to live. You can always feel safe and protected from outsiders and any wrongdoing. Mary is the best in taking care of her tenants in every way.i have never seen anything like her. She goes way and beyond in taking care of our comfort in all ways.

Check other places before renting here manager and maintenance do as they please there is absolutely no privacy at all....manager is nosey and harrases tenants on a constant basis no matter what time of day it is. She has no personal life except for walking her dog n be in everyones bussiness. As soon as you get visitors she will be knocking at your door like she is the police. Has special rules for different tenants....when all of them should be the same.

Great place to live . Landlady is personable and keeps an eye on the complex so you feel comfortable that it remains a clean and safe place to live. Have met several who have lived here over 15 years who still live it.
