Visits may be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as-needed basis. We check for pest infestation, leaks, broken screens and windows, failing heating/cooling systems, storm damage, security system malfunctions, plugged gutters, mold and mildews and poor maintenance by your lawn and/or pool services. We bring in mail and informed you of first-class mail you may need to know about. We arrange for repairs and stay with contractors while they do the work. After each visit we email you a detailed report with photographs as appropriate.
