Can I give a zero-star? This is a horrible company that operates with no integrity. Back in September I ordered a custom pool cover and after providing measurements and offering to send a picture of the pool as the shape is unique the customer service rep Jay, very rude and dismissive declined telling me he knew what the shape was and didn't need my pics. 3 weeks later when I had not received my cover I contacted the company and was told it had not been ordered or sent because payment had not been made. I was furious, after showing them payment was made the same day I ordered it their only response was we'll get it sent out, zero apologies or concessions. Fast forward three weeks later, the pool cover arrives and has the stairs in the wrong location. I contacted the rep Jay directly and he advised me to go through their resolution department and they would take care of it. What a bunch of Lles! I then received an email from him stating that my order was fulfilled based on the info I provided them, nothing mentioned about me telling him exactly where the stairs were which I did and offering to send the picture. Awful company with sneaky practices. Long story short, I got my refund through credit card dispute because it was apparent they had dropped the ball. I almost learned a very expensive lesson trying to save a few bucks. Thankfully, I ordered my new cover through a reputable company who advised me any Pool Company attempting to create a custom cover over the phone without measurement specifics are either amateurs and or scam artists. The kicker is this company is always on Amazon bashing pool cover companies from China, they could learn a bit about customer service from them I'd say. Beware and stay away from Family Pool Fun, they're anything but fun.

Com salesmen name jay backer took my call September 6,2019 Told me his mesh pool cover will fit my in ground pool we discuss size 20x40 with center step down I told him my anchors were 54” apart and had 34 anchors he said no problem his cover had 30 anchors and 70% of my predrilled holes will work and I would need to redrilled 7/8 new holes NOt TRue I had to hire pool guys and they had to drill 20 NEW Holes at cost of $350.00 + $687.00 for Family Pool cover, He promised me the new cover would be 22’x42’ NOt TRue!!!! It was 22’x41’7” this leaves me very little hang over in the deep end.Jay Backer Would not return my calls 4 of them use two different gate keepers to screen his calls.So I went back in there website change my name ask for salesman to contact me for new mesh cover and got a call back within minutes l told him someone scam me on a cover and it’s YOU! Now I have taken so many pictures and so many email to them and now these ladies say it takes along time to review BULL SHIT!!! I would hate to have a warranty claim after all this garbage 18 years warranty I plan on pursuing legal action!!! Don’t do business with these people . Customer Service SUCKS!!!

Service after the sale is definitely not this company's motto. Once they have your money, forget about Customer Service. After sending the wrong part, my wife has called four times, and I have called twice, and the salesman (Jay) has never returned any of our phone calls. This seems to be a trend with this company, judging from the other online reviews I have read. If not for the pool installer's endorsement, I would never have used this company. There are too many online pool supply pages to waste your time on this one. Stay as far away from this company as you can!
