I would not recommend Paradise Pools of Williamsport. This company cannot be relied on, October 2018 we signed a contract to have our liner replaced and our cracked steps to be repaired. Our liner was installed well into the season after we were told we’d be one of the first in Spring 2019 (with some wrinkles in the bottom) we were told first that it had to be a certain temperature to repair our steps which was probably true, but then we were told that the company had sent the wrong repair material (probably just an excuse) but they would be back to do the step repair. It is now several months later, not only has no one come back to finish the work, but my emails and text messages have gone unanswered after several attempts to contact these people. The only thing that happened quickly was Sheltons wife on the phone making sure I was sending them their check, which unlike them, I did promptly. I would not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again, I’ve also contacted Foxx Pools, now a division of Cardinal who recommended this company in the first place.
