Just wanted to let everyone know that Damon and his staff over at itsrbusiness inc are some of the most knowledgable friendly people you'll find that don't just care about the bottom line like most other companies . They care about the person before them with an issue . My son had purchased an iPad onlune from Ebay and it had not worked right starting just about 4 weeks from the date we finally received it . We can't afford to buy a new one and ebay will do nothing for us we took it to itsrbusiness to see about repairing it . My son loves that device so much and I think Damon could see that in his eyes when Damon let him play with the other demo ipads out for display. I could not even believe what happened next . Damon grabbed one in a box (which ours did not come in) and hapded it to 11 year old son and said "if you promise to use this to do your homework and guarantee me your going to get good grades then you can just take this one home with you ". It brought tears to my eyes just to see that people like this do still exist in this world. I will tell everyone possible to get your ipads and accessories at itsrbusiness . They care and are there to help . He didn't make a dime from us . In fact I'm sure he lost money because we had a 16 gigabyte 3 rd edition iPad and he gave my son a 4 TH edition ipad that was also 16 Gigabite. It was amazing.
