When the owner has to write a review of himself, you will be disappointed.
While "knowledgeable" in the area of plumbing, owner was absolutely arrogant and demanding. Refused to answer my questions until I agreed to pay $225 for 5 minutes worth of work. He knew I was in a bind and bent me over. Im not trusting this company for anything else in the future.
On top of that, absolutely unprofessional criticism of the previous plumbers work, which made a mistake that HE profited big time off of.
Long story short: original plumber came in and installed a new rough in valve during a bathroom remodel and forgot to put the mixer valve in. Had no hot water. Called these guys because our regular plumber wasn't available. Basically this guy knew off the bat what the issue was, and when I asked if I needed to call in the original plumber, what the fix was, how long it would take, etc. He deflected all my questions until I agreed to pay him to fix it.
So now my $90 service call was $225 and it took him all of 5 minutes to repair. Could have just said "here's the issue, call your guy out and have him install it" and made almost a hundred bucks for zero labor and went about his business. But nope. Had to go the extra mile of being sneaky and withhold information to make the price more than double.
We've had the pleasure of working with some great companies since becoming first time homeowners. Unfortunately this dude was a grade A jagoff.
Won't do business with again. I hope the apprentice working with him goes elsewhere.
